Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the senti website (the Website) Terms and Conditions. Senti Limited (“Senti”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides the services available on the Website. Your use of this Website is governed by these Terms and Conditions set out below. By using any part of this Website, completing and sending off the Order Form, Emailing or Faxing us you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products to the buyer hereafter referred to as the “Customer”.
PRICE
All prices are quoted in British Sterling and are inclusive of VAT (as may be prescribed by law from time to time) unless otherwise stated.
Postage and Packing prices will be charged in addition to the price of any goods and are stated on the Order Form.
PAYMENT
Payment can only be made either by Credit Card or Cheque. Payments must be made in British Sterling. We accept most major Credit Cards with the exception of American Express and Diners Club Cards. All payments will be processed and cleared before despatch of goods.
The Customer will be notified if their payment is not accepted or cannot be processed as soon as possible.
PASSING OF PROPERTY
Senti Limited retains ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by the Customer and until that payment has been cleared.
PASSING OF RISK
The risk in the goods shall pass to the Customer on delivery, as defined in clause 5 below.
UK Delivery
All goods are sent by Recorded Delivery, Monday to Friday only. Please allow 5 working days. A signature will be required for your goods unless you state otherwise on your Order Form.
Non-mainland UK and remote area delivery times may vary by an additional 2-3 working days.
We cannot accept Overseas Orders.
Senti Limited cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by their distributors or any other third party.
Senti Limited is not responsible for returned goods that do not reach us or their cost therefore the Customer is advised to return any goods by registered post.
Senti Limited will refund/exchange goods where they have been damaged/ faulty/ incorrectly supplied providing you notify us within 24 hours of their receipt by either phone or email and the goods are returned to the distributor together with the original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please see the Returns Policy for full details.
Postage and Packing costs are not refundable unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.
If the goods arrive and the customer believes the package has been either tampered with or there are obvious signs of damage, it is the Customers responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods.
ACCEPTANCE
The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time period after their receipt and shall be deemed to accept the goods unless they notify Senti Limited within 7 working days that the goods are not acceptable. This does not however affect the Customers statutory rights.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
If you are dissatisfied with your order you may return it to us within 7 working days, in its original condition, for a full refund or replacement. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting when returning your order to:

In the event of your order arriving damaged or you did not receive the product(s) you requested, then please contact us within 24 hours either by E-mail, Fax or phone and we will replace damaged or incorrect orders upon receipt of the faulty or incorrect products, with their original packaging.

We are not responsible for returned parcels that do not reach us or their cost.
CANCELLATIONS
The Customer can cancel their Order without any cost providing the goods have not been despatched. If the goods have been despatched then the Returns Procedure in Clause 7 will apply.

LAW
These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with English Law. Any person who makes a fraudulent credit card or cheque transaction will be prosecuted with no exception.
COMPLAINTS

GENERAL
While Senti Limited uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and Senti Limited will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.
Senti Limited takes all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, it does not guarantee deliveries by use of this website and cannot be held responsible for your use of this website and that it will be interruption or error free and will not be responsible for any disruption, loss, corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded to any system.
The entire liability of Senti Limited for direct loss under or in connection with any contract for any products to which these terms and conditions apply shall not exceed the price of the products, except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions.
Senti Limited does not accept liability for any consequential or incidental damages that arise out of or are related to the use of this site or the purchase or use of any goods.
Senti Limited reserves the right to make changes to any part of the site. By using the site following any changes to the terms, you agree to be bound by those changes.
